10. Bad Form

The most common mistake of all is the bad form. Many people don’t know the exact way of performing certain exercises. They probably have seen somebody somewhere doing it and then they started doing it too. Most people carry on with bad form either because they are not aware of the perfect form or they are too embarrassed to ask others for help. Try to avoid doing exercise in the wrong way because it can have a bad effect on your body and health. If you are going to the gym then ask the trainers for help. They are more than willing to help you out.

9. More is not better

A lot of people tend to think that the more they workout the better their results will be. While dedication to working out is fine, you need to know that working out so much isn’t good for your body. If you go to the gym 7 days a week then you need to stop. You should take some rest in between so that your body and muscles can relax and heal. If you are overtraining your body, you won’t see any results. Keep the workout schedule 3-5 days a week.
