5. Eating Wrong
This has to be most common and hardest mistake to avoid. Eating right is a vital part of your workout routine. It is easy to work out for an hour at the gym, but the hard part is controlling what you eat for the rest twenty-three hours. If you think you can eat whatever you want and whenever you want, then you are never going to get your desired results. You should have a balanced diet which includes proteins, vegetables, fruits and lots of water. Avoiding junk food is the top priority.
4. Having no variation
If you are the kind of person who keeps on doing the same workout over and over again then you will not see many improvements in your body. You need to mix up your workout routine to really get the results. Bring some variations otherwise your body will get used to the exercises. If you run regularly, then try adding cycling or Zumba to bring some variety. By taking a break from certain activities, your body will find it challenging once you return to them.
